Common use of Confidential Information Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Agreement. Executive’s receipt of any payments or benefits under Section 8 will be subject to Executive continuing to comply with the terms of his Confidential Information Agreement (as defined in Section 12) and this Agreement. In the event Executive breaches the provisions of this Section 9(b), all continuing payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise be entitled to pursuant to Section 8 will immediately cease.

Confidential Information Agreement. Executive’s continuing receipt of any payments or benefits under Section 8 6 or 7 will be subject to Executive continuing to comply with the terms of his Confidential Information Agreement (as defined in Section 12) and this Agreement11). In the event Executive breaches the provisions of this Section 9(b)the Confidential Information Agreement, then all continuing payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise be entitled to pursuant to Section 8 Sections 6 or 7 will immediately cease.

Executive’s receipt of any payments or benefits under Section 8 6 will be subject to Executive continuing to comply with with: (i) the terms of his the Confidential Information Agreement (as defined in Section 1211, other than the post-termination employee non-solicitation obligation found in Section 8 of that agreement which the Company agrees not to enforce), and (ii) and the provisions of this Agreement. In the event Executive breaches the provisions of this Section 9(b8(c), all continuing payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise be entitled to pursuant to Section 8 6 will immediately cease.
