Confidential Information and Inventions Matters. In consideration of the covenants contained herein, Executive has executed and agrees to be bound by the Company’s form of Employee Confidentiality, Assignment of Inventions, Non-Interference and Non-Competition Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), a form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B. Executive shall comply at all times with the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality Agreement and all other reasonable policies of the Company governing its confidential and proprietary information.
