Common use of Confidential Information and Inventions Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information and Inventions. Employee and the Company hereby agree to the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, Covenant of Exclusivity and Covenant Not to Compete attached hereto as Attachment #2 and made a part hereof. Employee’s obligations under this Section 9 and such agreement shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.

Confidential Information and Inventions. Employee and the Company LBG hereby agree to the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, Covenant of Exclusivity and Covenant Not to Compete attached hereto as Attachment #2 and made a part hereofhereof as Attachment #1. Employee’s obligations under this Section 9 and such agreement Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.

Employee and the Company hereby agree to the that certain Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, Covenant of Exclusivity and Covenant Not to Compete attached hereto by and between Employee and Company dated as Attachment #2 of January 30, 2004 (“Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement”) remains in full force and effect and is made a part hereof. Employee’s obligations under this Section 9 and such agreement Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.
