Confidential Information and Restricted Activities. The Executive acknowledges the importance to the Company and its Affiliates of protecting their confidential information and other legitimate business interests, including without limitation the valuable trade secrets and good will that it or they have developed or acquired. Therefore, in consideration of the Executive’s continued employment with the Company, including the compensation to be paid to him and his being granted access to the good will, Confidential Information (as defined below), trade secrets and other legitimate interests of the Company and its Affiliates, and in consideration of his receipt of the Option, the Executive agrees as follows:
