Confidential Information Belonging to Others. You affirm that you have informed the Company of any restrictive covenant or other contract or agreement of any kind which would prohibit, restrict or limit your employment with the Company. If you learn or become aware or are advised that you are subject to an additional actual or alleged restrictive covenant or other prior agreement which may prohibit or restrict employment by the Company, you shall immediately notify the Company of the same. You agree that you shall not disclose to the Company, use for the Company’s benefit, or induce the Company to use any trade secret or confidential information you may possess or any Intellectual Property belonging to any former employer or other third party.
