CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION BELONGING TO THIRD PARTIES. In the event that Employee has or has had access to any Confidential Information belonging to any third party, including but not limited to any of Employee's previous employers, Employee shall hold all such Confidential Information in confidence and shall comply with the terms of all agreements between Employee or Company and any third party with respect to such Confidential Information.
