Common use of Confidential Information Covenants Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Covenants. You acknowledge and agree that your provision of services to any member of the Oaktree Group, including your employment by the Company and services to OCG, creates a relationship of confidence and trust between you and the Oaktree Group with respect to “Confidential Information” and “Intellectual Property” (each as defined below) pertaining to the business of the Oaktree Group. Moreover, you recognize that such information (including information created, discovered or developed by, or made known to you from and after the date this Agreement is entered into) has commercial value in the business in which the Oaktree Group is engaged. Accordingly, you hereby covenant, agree and acknowledge as follows:
