Common use of Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, Non-Competition and Arbitration Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, Non-Competition and Arbitration Agreement. Sections 7(a), 7(b) and 7(c) hereinabove shall be in addition to and not in lieu of Sections 2 and section 9 of the Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, Non-Competition and Arbitration Agreement, dated May 22, 2003 between the Executive and the Company.
