Common use of Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation. The Employee agrees to execute and be covered by the terms of the Company’s standard Nondisclosure and Non-Compete Agreement for Management Employees upon the commencement of employment with the Company.

Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation. The Employee agrees to execute and be covered by the terms of the Company’s standard Nondisclosure Employment, Confidential Information, Invention and Non-Compete Competition Agreement for Management Employees that the Employee is entering into upon the commencement of employment with the Company.

The Employee agrees to execute and be covered by the terms of the Company’s standard Nondisclosure and Non-Compete Noncompete Agreement for Management Employees upon the commencement of employment with the Company, which shall be in the form of Appendix B hereto.
