Common use of Confidential Information Noncompetition and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Noncompetition and Cooperation. As a material term of this Agreement, the Executive hereby reaffirms the Globoforce Noncompetition Nondisclosure and Developments Agreement that Executive entered into with the Company (“Employee Agreement”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference as material terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that, for purposes of the Employee Agreement, the Company shall include the Company, the Parent and affiliated entities.
