Common use of Confidential Information of Publisher Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information of Publisher. Confidential Information of Publisher" shall mean (i) the Licensed Developer Software as provided to SCEA pursuant to this Agreement and all documentation and information relating thereto, including Product Proposals, Printed Materials and Advertising Materials (other than documentation and information expressly intended for use by and release to end users, the general public or the trade), and (ii) information relating to Publishers' or its affiliates' or licensors' finances, business, marketing and technical plans, that is disclosed in writing or in any other form by Publisher to SCEA.
