Common use of Confidential Information of Recipient Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information of Recipient. Provider covenants and agrees to keep and hold in confidence all of Recipient's data and other confidential or proprietary information (collectively the Recipient Confidential Information) provided hereunder or obtained in connection herewith, and will use said Recipient Confidential Information only in connection with the performance of the Services. Provider will employ substantially the same safeguards, but not less than reasonable safeguards, in protecting the Recipient Confidential Information that it uses in safeguarding confidential data of its own, or the confidential data of its customers, against accidental or unauthorized deletion, destruction or alteration.
