Executive agrees to enter into the Company’s standard Non-Competition, Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement (the “Non-Competition Agreement”) upon commencing employment hereunder, attached hereto as Exhibit A and the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference as material terms of this Agreement.
