Confidential Information TOC. A. Protection of Personally Identifiable Information Except as otherwise provided by law, information or data that personally identifies an individual or individuals shall be protected in accordance with California Civil Code Sections 1798, et seq., and other relevant State or Federal statutes and regulations. The Parties shall comply with California Civil Code Sections 1798, et seq. and other relevant State or Federal statutes and regulations in safeguarding all such information or data which comes into their possession under this agreement in perpetuity, and shall not release or publish any such information or data except as permitted by law.
