Confidential Information Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for whatever reason, FAULDING shall return to CUMBERLAND originals, copies, and derivative forms of disclosed or developed information relating to the purpose of this Agreement; except that one copy of such information may be retained as required by regulation or law for future reference. The Confidential Information shall remain confidential and not be disclosed by either party for a period of ten (10) years following the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement.
