Common use of Confidential Information Use Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Use. Use of the Confidential Information shall be limited to the provisions set forth herein and to the extent necessary to provide the services and/or commodities. The Department retains full rights and title to all Confidential Information provided by it, and any information derived therefrom. Recipient has no ownership rights to the Confidential Information provided under this Agreement, or any information derived therefrom.
