Common use of CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. Employee agrees to keep confidential the terms of this Agreement. A violation of this provision shall entitle the Company to terminate this Agreement immediately, for cause, as set forth in Section 5(a)(iii). Notwithstanding the above, the Employee may disclose the terms of this Agreement to his/her immediate family, bankers, accountants, attorneys, and other financial advisers, the Internal Revenue Service, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, in the event that disclosure is necessary in litigation or arbitration involving this Agreement, or in the event that such disclosures shall be compelled by law.
