Confidential Proprietary and Trade Secret Information of Others. The Executive represents that he has disclosed to the Employer any agreements to which the Executive is or has been a party regarding the confidential information of others and the Executive understands that the Executive's employment by the Employer will not require the Executive to breach any such agreement. The Executive will not disclose such confidential information to the Employer nor induce the Employer to use any trade secret or proprietary information received from another under an agreement or understanding prohibiting such use or disclosure.
