Executive represents that he has disclosed to Company any agreement to which Executive is or has been a party regarding the confidential information of others and Executive understands that Executive’s employment by Company will not require Executive to breach any such agreement. Executive will not disclose such confidential information to Company nor induce Company to use any trade secret proprietary information received from another under an agreement or understanding prohibiting such use or disclosure. Company has expressly advised that it does not want and will not tolerate the use of any trade secret information of others and Executive has warranted that no such information has been disclosed to Company.
