Common use of Confidential Proprietary or Trade Secret Information Clause in Contracts

Confidential Proprietary or Trade Secret Information. All records containing proprietary or trade secret information which BREP intends to be maintained by Xxxxxx as confidential pursuant to La. R.S. 44:3.2 shall be submitted with a cover sheet that provides in bold type “DOCUMENT CONTAINS CONFIDENTIAL PROPRIETARY OR TRADE SECRET INFORMATION”, and with each instance of information which XXXX believes to be proprietary or trade secret information clearly marked.
