Common use of Confidential Severance Agreement and Release Clause in Contracts

Confidential Severance Agreement and Release. Receipt of any severance benefits under this Agreement pursuant to Section IV.F.6 or Section IV.F.7 is conditioned on Employee’s timely execution and delivery to Employer and non-revocation of an executed Confidential Severance Agreement and Release of All Claims (the “Release”). A form of Release is attached as Schedule A hereto. Employee acknowledges that Employer retains the right to modify the required form of the Release as Employer deems necessary in order to effectuate a full and complete release of claims against the Employer Group and its affiliates, officers and directors.
