Confidential status. Disclosure under Article 7.4 shall not release Confidential Information from its confidential status and shall not entitle Institution and/or Principal Investigator to any other disclosure.
Confidential status. No information contained in any Message communicated under this Agreement shall considered confidential unless by operation of law or by designation in the Technical Annex the Message.
