If student data is needed the District and Partner Organization shall enter into a Data Sharing Agreement.

If student data is needed the District and Partner Organization shall enter into a Data Sharing Agreement. Regarding student safety concerns (for themselves or others), partners are expected to learn school protocols and to work collaboratively with school staff (administrative team and/or counselors) and share their concerns.
