CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR TRADE SECRETS. Employee hereby agrees that, during the Term of Employment and thereafter, he will not, without the written consent of Employer, disclose to any person, enterprise, entity or association or otherwise use or exploit for himself or others any of the proprietary or confidential information or knowledge of or regarding Employer or its subsidiaries, ventures or their shareholders (individually "Company" and collectively the "Companies"), or any of their businesses, properties or affairs obtained by him at any time prior to or subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, except to the extent required by his performance of assigned duties for Employer, including without limitation: trade secrets; processes; inventions; engineering records or data; interpretive or analytical information or data; drilling logs; operating agreements and records; records of research; proposals; manuals; records or information; reports; methods; techniques; lists; memoranda; computer software; programming or records; or budgets or other financial information, regarding the Companies (collectively, "Trade Secrets"
