CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. 10.1 Each of the Sellers severally undertakes to the Buyer to keep confidential the terms of this agreement and all information which they have acquired about the Company and the Buyer’s Group (as such Group is constituted immediately before Completion) and, in the case of the Buyer, all information which it has acquired about the Company and to use the information only for the purposes contemplated by this agreement.
