Confidentiality and Commercial Manager’s Documents. 13.1 Save for the purpose of enforcing or carrying out as may be necessary the rights or obligations of the Commercial Manager hereunder, the Commercial Manager agrees to maintain and to use its best endeavours to procure that its officers and employees maintain confidence and secrecy in respect of all information relating to the Company’s business received by the Commercial Manager directly or indirectly pursuant to this Agreement.
