Confidentiality and Intellectual Property. 6.1 You must not disclose to any other person or entity any confidential information belonging to the Group or any of its divisions, customers, suppliers or collaboration partners (including, without limitation, this Contract, specifications, formulae, manufacturing processes, know-how and any technical or economic information) or use such information for any purpose except for the supply of goods and/or services to us or as expressly authorised in writing by us.
