Confidentiality and Intellectual Property. 26.1 You must keep confidential all of Our Confidential Information at all times and must not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without Our prior approval; 26.2 Our Intellectual Property, including but not limited to Our trade marks (if any), belong to Us. 26.3 You acknowledges that any Service, products, logos and company names mentioned, shown or in any way described on any of Our Equipment may be third parties’ trade marks. 26.4 You must not use any of Our Intellectual Property and third parties’ trade marks which does not belong to You in any way, involving but not limited to: 26.5 In or as the whole or part of Your own trade marks; a.
