For the avoidance of doubt, the specific provisions in paragraphs (a) through (c) below to the Confidentiality and Non-Compete supersede the Confidentiality and Non-Compete and its French translation in Exhibit B.1. (a) The covenant contained in Clause 1 of the Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement applies during employment and for only a period of ten years following termination of employment.
