Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement – Exhibit B. The Participant hereby agrees that the restrictions in Clause 2 of the Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement set forth in Exhibit B protect the legitimate interest of the Company and its Subsidiaries; are reasonably necessary to protect the interests of the Company and its Subsidiaries; and are not unreasonable as regards the Participant.
