Executive acknowledges and agrees that he has, as a condition of his employment by the Company, previously executed and delivered to the Company a Confidentiality and Noncompetition Agreement and further agrees that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or affect in any manner any of Executive's duties or obligations set forth therein.
