Confidentiality; Competitive or Personal Disparagement. The Executive and the Company hereby agree that neither will, during the term of the Executive’s employment or at any time following the termination hereof for any reason, do or cause to have done any of the following: (i) Without the prior written consent of the other party, use for its own purposes or disclosure to any person or other entity any confidential and/or proprietary information of the Company or the Executive; and (ii) Each party agrees that it will not disparage the other party.
