Confidentiality, Confidential Materials, Work Product i. From and after the Separation Date, You agree not to use for any purpose or disclose in any manner any Confidential Material: (1) in the case of Confidential Information, until the information in question becomes generally available to the public, other than as a result of unauthorized disclosure by You or any third party, or otherwise enters the public domain through lawful means, and (2) in the case of a Trade Secret, for so long as such Trade Secret constitutes a trade secret under applicable law.
