Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement. In consideration of the employment and compensation terms set forth in this Agreement, the Executive agrees to execute and be bound by the terms of the Company’s Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement attached as Exhibit C.
