Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement. The Executive herewith acknowledges and affirms his continuing obligations under the Corporate Executive Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement he executed and re-affirms his agreement to honor the obligations as set forth therein.
Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement. In consideration of the employment and compensation terms set forth in this Agreement, the Executive agrees to execute and be bound by the terms of the Company’s Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement attached as Exhibit 3.
