Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have executed and delivered an Indemnification Agreement in the form of Exhibit F hereto for each director representative of the Purchasers.
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Director Indemnification Agreement shall have been duly executed by the Company and delivered to the Investor.
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have duly executed and delivered to the relevant Series A-1 Investor a director indemnification agreement with respect to the appointment of the Series A-1 Director nominated by such Series A-1 Investor at the Closing in form and substance satisfactory to the Majority Series A-1 Investor.
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have entered into a director indemnification agreement with the Kingsoft Director, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E (the “Kingsoft Director Indemnification Agreement”).
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have duly executed and delivered to Joy Capital the Director Indemnification Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit D.
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have entered into a director indemnification agreement with the Series D Director, in form and substance satisfactory to the Investor (the “Series D Director Indemnification Agreement”).
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have entered into a director indemnification agreement with each Series E Director, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G (the “Series E Director Indemnification Agreement”).
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have entered into an Indemnification Agreement with Xxxx Xxxxxx in a form reasonably acceptable to the Investors.
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company covenants and agrees to enter into the Director Indemnification Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit I attached hereto immediately upon the appointment of the Purchaser Designees.
Director Indemnification Agreement. The Company shall have executed and delivered to the Series A Director the Indemnification Agreement in the form and substance attached hereto as Exhibit H.
