Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Proprietary Rights. The Services Provider undertakes, in addition to any other commitment he may take upon himself, and without derogating from any such undertaking, to comply with and to fulfill all the undertakings of confidentiality, unfair competition and intellectual property assignment, as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto.
