Common use of Confidentiality; Non-Disparagement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality; Non-Disparagement. (a) Except to the extent required by law, including SEC disclosure requirements, Safeguard and Employee agree that the terms of this Agreement will be kept confidential by both parties, except that Employee may advise his family and confidential advisors, and Safeguard may advise those people needing to know to implement the above terms.
