CONFIDENTIALITY, NONCOMPETITION AND NONSOLICITATION AGREEMENT. Executive is subject to the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement entered into concurrently with this Agreement and the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement shall survive the termination of Executive's employment with Avenue A.
