Confidentiality Nonsolicitation Non Compete. Executive and Company shall enter into a Confidentiality, Nonsolicitation and Noncompete Agreement, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A hereto. The terms of that agreement and the duties and obligations thereunder shall be a part of this Agreement and Executive agrees to perform all of his duties and obligations thereunder.
