Common use of Confidentiality of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Agreement. Neither party will disclose the terms of this Agreement to anyone other than its attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors under a duty of confidentiality except: (a) as required by law; (b) pursuant to a mutually agreeable press release; or (c) in connection with a proposed merger, financing, or sale of such party’s business.
