Confidentiality of Arbitral Award and Documents and Information Exchanged and Submitted in the Course of Arbitration. Subject to applicable Law, including disclosure or reporting requirements, or the parties’ agreement, the parties shall maintain the confidentiality of the arbitration. Unless agreed to by all the parties or required by applicable Law, including disclosure or reporting requirements, the arbitrators and the parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all information, records, reports, or other documents obtained in the course of the arbitration, and of all awards, orders, or other arbitral decisions rendered by the arbitrators.
