CONFIDENTIALITY OF MATTERS. 40.1. Employees agree not to bring the Employer into disrepute by either conduct or words. 40.2. All transactions, records and information pertaining to the business of the Employer and its customers, residents and employees, shall be held in strict confidence by all employees, both during the period of their employment and after termination. 40.3. Employees agree not to enter into agreements or obligations which may bind the Employer without the prior written consent of the Employer.
