Confidentiality of Records of Individuals Served by this Agreement. (a) To the extent allowed by law, Contractor agrees to keep all client information confidential in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, statutes, regulations, and HHSC rules protecting the confidentiality of such information, including 42 C.F.R. Part 2.
