Confidentiality of the Agreement Terms. Neither Party will disclose the terms of this Agreement to any Third Party without the prior written consent of the other Party; provided, however, that either Party may disclose the terms of this Agreement to actual or prospective investors and corporate partners (including Sublicensees), to a Party’s accountants, attorneys and other professional advisors, and as required by applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and any stock exchange on which a Party’s stock is traded.
