Confidentiality; Ownership of Developments. (a) During the term of the Executive’s employment with the Signet Group and for all time thereafter, the Executive shall keep secret and retain in strictest confidence and not divulge, disclose, discuss, copy or otherwise use or suffer to be used in any manner, except in connection with the Business of the Signet Group, any trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information and documents or materials owned, developed or possessed by or for the Signet Group pertaining to the Signet Group; provided that such information referred to in this Section 4(a) shall not include information that is or has become generally known to the public or the jewelry trade without violation of this Section 4.
