CONFIGURATION ASSISTANCE Clause Samples

The Configuration Assistance clause outlines the obligation of one party, typically the supplier or service provider, to help the other party set up, customize, or optimize a product, system, or service. This assistance may include providing technical support, guidance on initial setup, or training to ensure the product functions as intended within the customer's environment. By including this clause, the agreement ensures that the customer receives necessary support to effectively implement and use the product, reducing the risk of operational issues and misunderstandings during the configuration phase.
