Configuration. After planning is complete, the Implementation Manager will begin scheduling the Configuration sessions. Before each configuration session there will be some light prep work for the Customer to complete. Generally, there will generally be one (1) configuration session per module, but in cases where there is more complexity, there may be multiple. These sessions will be either be run by the Implementation Manager or the Implementation Product Specialist, depending on the module.
