Common use of Confirmation and Effect Clause in Contracts

Confirmation and Effect. The provisions of the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment) shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms following the effectiveness of this Amendment, and this Amendment shall not constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document.
