Confirmation of Advance. Each Advance, and, except as otherwise provided, all other indebtedness, shall be evidenced by a writing or electronic record, in such form or forms as may be determined by the Bank from time to time ("Confirmation"), issued by the Bank to the Member. The Member and the Bank shall be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, in the Confirmation and in the Member Policies and Procedures. Any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of a Confirmation, this Agreement, or the Member Policies and Procedures, shall be resolved in favor of this Agreement.
