Common use of Confirmation of Dates Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Dates. The parties hereby confirm that (a) the Premises are Ready for Occupancy, and (b) the Lease Term commenced on the Lease Commencement Date of December 13, 2004, for a term of five (5) years, six (6) months and nineteen (19) days, and shall expire on the Lease Expiration Date of June 30, 2010, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.

Confirmation of Dates.
